Despite being a small organization made up of 4, and the impacts from Covid-19, REACH have from 2019-2020 delivered the award to 23 individuals, led 7 workshops to 105 frontline staff. Due to the impact of Covid-19, REACH have been working on adapting the course induction to online learning and we are looking forward to piloting the new online programme this November :
